O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to survey the petitioner's property and demarcate the four boundaries in Survey Nos. 226/1 and 226/2, situated at Poomparai, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, with the aid of the fourth respondent and consequently directing the first to third respondents to furnish the survey report to the petitioner, based on his representation dated 22.09.2025, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Page No. 2 of 5
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first to third respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 22.09.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
