This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to direct the third respondent to appoint an Administrative Trustees of Arulmigu Pillaiyarpatty Karpaga Vinayagar Temple, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District for the year of 2025-2026 based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2025. 2/5

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the subject Temple is being administered under a Scheme and, in accordance with the said Scheme, administrative trustees have already been appointed. He has also produced the appointment order of the trustees, which has been placed before this Court.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the same stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the appointment order, if so advised. No costs.
