This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Fast Track Court No.II Magistrate Level, Madurai, to dispose the case in STC No.24 of 2019 within a stipulated time. 1/3

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Judge, Fast Track Court No.II Magistrate Level, Madurai, to complete the trial in STC No.24 of 2019 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
