(R2 is impleaded vide order dated 24.03.2026 in W.M.P(MD)No.1482 of 2026) Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned refusal slip issued by the respondent in Refusal No.RFL/Sanarpatti/129/2025 dated 12.12.2025 pertaining to properties bearing S.F.Nos.330/2, 330/3, 330/5, 332/1, 332/2, 332/3, 332/4, 333/2A, 333/2D, 326/3, 330/1, 303/1A, 331/0 and 333/2G1 situate at Veerachinnampatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to entertain the sale deed dated 27.10.2025 and registered the same within the time stipulated by this Court.
