This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to effect substitute service to the respondents 1 and 2 by way of paper publication in any one of the leading Tamil News Papers having circulation at Trichy District. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD). No.20255 of 2025 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier notice sent to the respondents 1 and 2 was returned with an endorsement "insufficient address" and therefore, filed this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petition is allowed. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to take susbstituted service by way of paper publication for the respondents 1 and 2 in the Tamil Daily Newspaper "Malai Malar" having circulation in Trichy District, where the respondents 1 and 2 are said to have resided lastly.
