JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) This writ appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge on the ground that though the appellant is arrayed as seventh respondent in the writ petition and specific allegations are made against him about the administration of the Temple, the impugned order had been passed without issuing notice to him. 2.This Court on perusing the records finds that the order was passed by the learned Single Judge dated 08.12.2025 making certain observations about the seventh respondent.

3.Hence, the order passed by the learned Single Judge is set aside and the matter is remand back to the file of the learned Single Judge to decide the matter on merits afresh.

4.Accordingly, this writ appeal is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order costs.
