ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.12.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 6(b) r/w 24(1) of the Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 123 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.337 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was found illegal possession of Tobacco products viz., Cool lip packed in 5 gunny bags, Ganesh 701 packed in 20 gunny bags, V1 Tobacco packed in 5 gunny bags. After taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 18.12.2025 and the petitioner has already produced the sureties. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for the investigation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was found illegal possession of Tobacco products viz., Cool lip packed in 5 gunny bags, Ganesh 701 packed in 20 gunny bags, V1 Tobacco packed in 5 gunny bags and the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and since the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed in the interim bail regularly and that the petitioner was already produced the sureties, the interim bail already granted is made absolute. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
