This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the satisfaction Court was inadvertently mentioned as 'learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram' instead of 'learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram', in the petition as well as in the order copy, dated 18.12.2025 and prays to amend the same.
