O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by a fruit vendor who is running a street vending business by way of a stationary cart in Tirunelveli Corporation, seeking a Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from disturbing or interfering with the carrying on of the street vending business based on the Certificate issued by the first respondent.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner has been issued with a certificate of vending which is valid up to June 2026.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Corporation wants to conduct an inspection and not to interfere in the petitioner's street vending business.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents not to disturb the petitioner's business except under due process of law, till the expiry of the license period. There shall be no order as to costs.
