This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online complaint in EDT25616694, dated 13.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

After hearing the rival submissions of the petitioner as well as a fourth and fifth respondent and the impleaded sixth respondent, this Court is of the considered opinion that serious factual matrix are involved, therefore, the petitioner's representation cannot be considered by the respondents 1 to 3. The petitioner's right ought to be determined by a competent court.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate petition before the competent court and obtain an interim order within a period of six weeks. The petitioner's possession shall not be disturbed until then.
