This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4
