ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.615 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent to any other officer high Caliber other than third respondent, this petition is filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant. He further submitted that the case is all about the theft of construction materials worth about Rs.20,00,000/-. However, despite registering the FIR in Crime No.615 of 2025, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition came to be filed. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent from time to time. The 3rd respondent is directed to apprise the progress of the investigation every weekend to the 2nd respondent. 2/4

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
