ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Sattur to dispose the case in SC No.125 of 2023 within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Subordinate Court, Sattur, to complete the trial in SC No.125 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
