O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the compensation amount to the petitioner for the acquired land in S.No.151/2C1A by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's deceased husband was the lawful owner of the subject land and that pursuant to the acquisition of the said land, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 13.11.2025 requesting the respondents to to provide fair and proper compensation for the acquired land. However, as no reply has been received from the respondents, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present writ petition.

4. In response, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents, submitted that the fourth respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with 2/4

law.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the pendency of the representation, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other interested parties. No costs.
