O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.320/5A1B and 322/1A2B, situated at Kodiyalam Village, Srirangam Circle, Tiruchirappalli District, based on the petitioner's petition dated 11.09.2025, within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. Page No. 2 of 4

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.09.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
