O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act 1908, for their wrong and false statement for registering a Document No.672/2024, dated 03.04.2024 based on the representation dated 01.11.2025 within a stipulated time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 01.11.2025, seeking to take action against the respondents 5 and 6 under 2/4

Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act 1908, for their wrong and false statement for registering a Document No.672/2024, dated 03.04.2024. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
