ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District, to 1/4

dispose the case in S.C.No.337 of 2023 within a stipulated time. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the FIR was registered in the year 2003 and the same culminated in the filing of the charge sheet in 2004. However, the trial has not yet concluded, even though it is a case of murder. 3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Additional District Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District, to complete the trial in S.C.No.337 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
