JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge disposing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has preferred the present writ appeal.

2. The learned Single Judge declined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner on the ground that a suit for declaration is pending and, therefore, patta transfer cannot be effected at this stage. The parties were directed to work out their remedies based on the outcome of the civil suit. 2/5

3. We find no infirmity, illegality, or perversity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
