ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.19371 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the claim of the petitioner for payment of earned leave and un-earned leave has already been sanctioned and the amount has been credited to the petitioner's account. With regard to the payment under contributory pension scheme, a proposal has been sent to the Directorate of Treasury & Accounts to pass suitable orders. 3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a further direction to the respondents to ensure that CPS amount is disbursed to the petitioner, on or before 18.02.2026. 30.01.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
