PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to make necessary action to allow the petitioner to continue his work as a project coordinator and release his pending salary within the time stipulated by this court. ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that he has not been paid with salary, has submitted a representation to the 4th respondent and has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the respondents to pass orders on his representation.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by the 4th respondent by order dated 09.02.2026 and a copy of the order has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

3.In view of the above this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law. No costs.
