2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a life threat to the petitioner before the respondent Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.22667 of 2025, dated 10.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Ambasamuthiram Police Station and the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Aruppukkottai Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
