O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 and issue cost patta to the petitioner in respect of SF.No.445/18 of Koviloor Village, Gandharvakkottai Taluk,

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2/5

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other persons interested in the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
