This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to direct the third respondent to conduct the survey of the petitioner's lands in S.No.868/3 in Sirukudi Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District and demarcation of four boundaries by fixing survey stones.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an online application dated 22.04.2025 was made seeking survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners, appropriate steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 for survey and demarcation on merits and in accordance with law. Notice shall be issued to the petitioner and the owners of relevant adjacent lands and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act 1923, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
