O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent i.e., the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization, Madurai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 26.06.2025 and 21.07.2025.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representations of the 2/4

petitioner dated 26.06.2025 and 21.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
