Challenging the inquiry notice dated 10.12.2025 issued by the fourth respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the sixth respondent is dispensed with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, although a civil dispute is pending in respect of the subject property, the fourth 2/5
respondent proceeded to issue the inquiry notice. 3.A perusal of the record reveals that the notice was issued pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.31426 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025. Therefore, I do not find any case for setting aside the notice issued pursuant to the orders of this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all claims made by him, including those arising from the pending civil dispute between the parties, which shall be considered by the fourth respondent during the course of the inquiry.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and direction. There shall be no order as to costs. (K.SURENDER, J) 02.01.2026 NCC :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No Index :Yes/No PKN 3/5
