ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to process the petitioner's application in Application No.

TN1682025042003869, dated 20.04.2025, for contractor registration as per the G.O.(Ms).No.109, dated 27.06.2024, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department and to issue contractor registration certificate.

2. Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted an application in Application No. TN1682025042003869 on 20.04.2025 for issuance of contractor registration certificate. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner in Application No. TN1682025042003869, dated 20.04.2025, in light of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.109, dated 27.06.2024, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
