ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for issuance of passport based upon his application dated 02.09.2025 and his representation dated 15.10.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was implicated in criminal case in Crime No.54 of 2020 on the file of District Crime Branch, Ramanathapuram, which has culminated in filing of charge sheet in C.C.No.157 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate - II, Ramanathapuram.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Trial Court seeking permission of the Court to 2/4

go abroad. In case such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order to be passed by the learned Trial Judge, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and direction. No costs.
