This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent no.2 to file a final report in crime No.82 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.313 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
