ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18707 of 2025, dated 27.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, due to a threat to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

petitioner's life, he is unable to comply with the condition. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18707 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumbakonam, daily at 10.30 a.m., 01.00 p.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
