The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.134 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220002061C202500461. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith.
