Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 09.01.2026, the petitioners have took the demand draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in favour of the Victim and they have filed a cost Memo dated 10.02.2026 to that effect and the same is recorded.

2. Accordingly, this petition is closed as no further order is required.
