ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.22277 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.22277 of 2025 on 04.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.22277 of 2025 on 04.12.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police twice in a week every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 19-12-2025 jbr To
