ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP. (MD)No.21157 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for 16 days only and that five previous cases are pending against the petitioners.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.21157 of 2025 on 24.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.21157 of 2025 on 24.11.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
