3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is ordered and the petitioner is impleaded as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant in the appeal.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the criminal appeal for final hearing on 20.02.2026 at 2.15 p.m.
