ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5270 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the first petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the first petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
