ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner on or before 30.12.2025.

2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that in case, the petitioner makes a work site inspection, such a certificate would be issued. As far as the Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate is concerned, it would depend upon the working condition of plants and machineries produced by the writ petitioner.

4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to make a work site inspection on 26.12.2025 and produce the plant and machineries before the authority. On verification of the same, the authorities are directed to issue the certificates concerned on 27.12.2025.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
