ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission for the petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.135 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court, Trichirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection for permitting the petitioner to withdraw the deposited amount and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

4. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has also not raised any objections to this petition.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in M.C.O.P.No.135 of 2021 by filing necessary application before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Sub Court, Trichirappalli. 30-01-2026 (1/2) mkn 3/4
