ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.21656 of 2025 dt. 27.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 27.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21656 of 2025, is modified as follows: "(b)the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Headmaster, Government Higher Secondary School, Odaipatty, Theni District, having account in State Bank of India, Uthamapalayam Branch, South Car Street, Account No.11268003539, Account Type:Regular Savings Bank Account, CIF No: 81030919752, MICR Code:625002045;

On such deposit being made, the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties; the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation;

(b-1) Further the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand only)to the credit of Crime No.267 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District. On such 2/4

deposit being made, the learned Magistrate shall deposit the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of one year and renew them periodically until the final order/Judgment is passed in the case in Crime No.267 of 2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate or Trial Court shall pass orders regarding entitlement of the said amount in its final order/Judgment. If the petitioner failed to deposit the amount, the anticipatory bail will be vacated automatically."

Considering the facts and circumstances, the time already granted is extended for 15 days to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered. 28.01.2026 PJL 3/4
