ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Illuppur, to expedite the trial and dispose the case in D.V.C.No.3 of 2025 within the time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, the aggrieved party in D.V.C.No.3 of 2025, seeks to expedite the trial in the said proceedings pending before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai, due to undue delays. The case, filed against her husband, in-laws and relatives of her husband, alleges domestic violence. Despite proceedings, the respondents have not cooperated, and the case has been repeatedly adjourned. Due to which, the petitioner is suffering mental agony and hardship. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition came to be filed.

3. Considering the nature of the case, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Illuppur, is directed to dispose of the case in 2/4

DVC No.3 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
