Challenging the return of the revision petition filed by the petitioner before the respondent/State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, dated 25.09.2025, this writ petition is filed.
2. Though the respondent/Tribunal by order dated 25.09.2025 returned the revision filed by the petitioner as not maintainable, perusal of the endorsement made by the counsel for the petitioner in the impugned order dated 25.09.2025 shows that the petitioner has complied with the requirements and represented the revision before the respondent on 26.09.2025 and now the matter is pending before the respondent. Having represented the revision after complying with the requirements, the petitioner cannot file this writ petition.
3. Thus, this Writ Petition is dismissed not maintainable. No costs.
