The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025, wherein, he has sought for rectification of the discrepancies in the revenue records.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, at last 44 persons are making claim over the disputed property and therefore, six months time is required to dispose of the representation of the Writ Petitioner.
4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, after giving due opportunity to all the interested persons and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.05.2026.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
