ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(3) of BNS, in crime number not known of 2025 on the file of the 1/3

respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police had filed an enquiry report stating that the petitioner is not an accused.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are trying to evict the petitioner from the said premises based on the complaint of the neighbour. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate petition for the said relief.
