ORDER

Seeking to direct the 1st respondent herein to execute the warrant as against the 2nd respondent issued by the III Additional District and District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai in C.A.No.99 of 2022, on 20.12.2023, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that NonBailable Warrant has been issued by the learned III Additional District and District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai in C.A.No.99 of 2022 on 20.12.2023 against the 2nd respondent herein. So far, the same has not been executed by the respondent police. Therefore, the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to execute the warrant 2/4

issued by the learned III Additional District and District Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai in C.A.No.99 of 2022 on 20.12.2023 against the 2nd respondent herein forthwith.
