ORDER

Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.541 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The matter is all about the alleged theft of certain jewellery from the petitioner's house by the 1st and 2nd accused.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the matter has been investigated and already closed as 'mistake of fact' by issuing RC Notice bearing No.1771942 to the petitioner through registered post and the same was dispatched on 11.12.2025.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
