ORDER
Challenging the return made in the unnumbered E.A. of 2025 filed in E.A.No.2 of 2025 in E.P.No.49 of 2024 in O.S.No.117 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Periyakulam, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
2. The trial Court, by order dated 12.12.2025, returned the application with the following endorsement:
"The main E.P.No.49 of 2024 already closed on 05.08.2025. The petitioner is one of the party in main E.P. In this stage, how this petition is maintainable. Hence, returned.."
3. Instead of complying with the return and explaining the maintainability of the application, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.
4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for want of merits. However, the revision petitioner is at liberty to make 2/4
an endorsement explaining the maintainability of the application and to satisfy the trial Court on that aspect. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
