ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, based on his representation dated 08.12.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a 90% physically challenged person, who had deposed his evidence connected to the case in SC No.517 of 2023, for which the private respondents are continuously threatening him.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that already a complaint has been received in this regard.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the first and the second respondents are directed to afford adequate police protection to the life 2/4
and limb of the petitioner and facilitate him from deposing evidence. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 19.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm TO:-
