ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to file the final report in crime No.791 of 2020 on file of the respondent no.2 police station within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur by way of e-filing in No.LTN202201677C202500765 on 25.10.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
