ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry proceeding in Na.Ka.No.6850/2025/A7 dated 18.08.2025 on the basis petitioner's explanation / objection i.e to re-measure the comprising Survey Nos.235/1b, 235/2, 235/3a and 235/3b to an extent 3.2.0 and also No.

234/3B, 235/1A dated 24.08.2025 and 16.09.2025.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the enquiry proceedings will be completed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry proceeding in Na.Ka.No.6850/2025/A7 dated 18.08.2025 on the basis petitioner's explanation / objection dated 24.08.2025 and 16.09.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
