ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in 1/4

in Crime No.2 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 12 of POCSO Act and 296(b) of BNS, 2023 .

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that this is a case of jumped out bail and that the present petition is the third application seeking anticipatory bail.

3. Since it is a jumped out bail this Court cannot grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petitioner ought to submit warrant recall application before the concerned Trial Court. On such submission, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same and while considering the same the Trial Court shall take into account the facts of the case.

4. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
