ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the objection submitted by the petitioner in person through the representation dated 07.11.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, before registering any sale deed, settlement deed, gift deed, mortgage or any other document of conveyance in respect of the subject properties. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that initially, the third respondent and one Natarajan entered into a sale agreement dated 17.07.2024 with the petitioner in respect of the properties covered under joint patta Nos.1835, 2835 and 2806 as well as Document Nos.1151 of 2004 and 34 of 2002 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Alangulam., for a valuable consideration of Rs.24,71,800/-. Out of the said amount, Rs.10,01,000/- was paid as advance in five instalments. However, a dispute arose regarding obtaining of the legal heir certificate. After 2/6
resolving the said issue and obtaining the legal heir certificate, they agreed to execute and register the sale deed in favour of the petitioner. Subsequently, the said Natarajan passed away. Due to the increase in the market value of the properties, the third respondent is unlawfully demanding additional money and attempting to alienate the subject properties in favour of third parties. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.11.2025, requesting not to register any document relating to the subject properties in favour of the third parties. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.
4.The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that in the present case, the sale agreement was not registered as per the Registration Act, which mandates that any written agreement is required to be registered.

5.It appears that the third respondent and one Natarajan orally agreed to sell the properties to the petitioner and the same was subsequently reduced to writing on 17.07.2024. However, the third respondent refused to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and attempted to alienate the subject properties in favour of third parties. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 07.11.2025 requesting not to register any document relating to the subject properties. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event the third respondent presents any document with regard to the subject properties, the second respondent is directed to issue a notice to the petitioner taking into consideration the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2025 and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
